My clients have the option of working therapeutically with me in a neutral, safe counselling room environment or from the comfort of their own homes where distance/travelling may be difficult. Weekend appointments are currently offered as an online service only. Appointments can be made directly with me after an initial telephone conversation to assess your specific needs and requirements where you have the option to of booking an Initial sessions either face to face and online. First sessions are are charged at half the usual session rate to offer you an opportunity to get a feel for whether you'd like to continue the work. Cancellations: I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations to insure no fee will be incurred. 24 hours notice will incur a charge of half of the session fee and less that 24 hours notice will require the full session fee to be paid prior to, or at the time of the next session. All online sessions must be paid in advance by bank transfer 24 hours prior to the agreed session. In the event that I need to cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice any fees already paid will be allocated to our next session. A full copy of my payment and cancellation policy will be made available for you to take away at our initial meeting and I encourage all of my clients to ask any questions around payments and transfers so that you can feel comfortable with the terms and procedures.
